Two pairs of hollow eyes and clothes coloured with mold and decay; these can only be Sad Tall and Short Angry from Apple Rot.
Think twice before bringing these two into your home… Who know what you’ll end up dreaming about…
Originally painted in watercolours on canvas, this Apple Rot concept art for Sad Tall and Short Angry was made by Charlotte Simons. Unsettling in their characterisations, this large painting was executed early in the pre-production of Apple Rot. To explore the unsettling nature of these two demonic characters and their costumes, Charlotte painted the figures over the course of a couple of weeks; building up the image layer by layer until a sense of depth and doom appeared.
