Born in the shadows of the Brilliant Emperor’s One State, Luqi "Honey" Jang—born in Chengdu in the year 1999, was never given a choice. She followed the program provided to her by the One State, and her parents facilitated every step of this journey. Throughout primary school Luqi was a quick learner with an interest towards culture. At the age of 9 the One State placed her in an advanced school at which she learned traditional dance and music. Through continuous improvements, Luqi stood out in her teenage years—languages, athleticism, beauty. 

Handpicked by the Community Protection Army before she could vote, trained in seduction, deception, and lethal combat, she turned her loyalty to the One State into a deadly art. Eight languages, six instruments, and a dossier of high-profile seductions later, she was deployed as a high value spy into the world’s most secretive circles.

In 2024, she was assigned to infiltrate the Free Nations’ Winged Forces Christmas Gala—charm, extract information, and disappear. But Pedro Gomez complicated the mission. 

What began as a tactical engagement became something else. The first cracks in her conditioning started to appear. Deeper understanding of the Deli Platter cubeSat and its potential for harm has further complicated her loyalty. This is the story that will be explored in Operation: Deli Platter.
