Mistakes happen! If you’ve realized you selected the wrong item or made an error during checkout, we are here to help you get it sorted before your order moves into production.

In most cases, we can accommodate modifications to your order within 2 hours of placement. Because many of our items are made to order, each request is reviewed individually to see if the fulfillment process has already begun.

How to Request a Change

To request a modification, please contact our support team immediately at info@blauwfilms.com with the following details:

  • Order Number: Located in your confirmation email.
  • Requested Change: Clearly state the item you would like to modify.

Important Note on Bespoke Items

Per our Terms of Service, customized, bespoke, or made-to-order products cannot be changed or returned once they have entered the manufacturing phase. Reaching out within that initial 2-hour window is the best way to ensure we can help.
