Our standard policy states that returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase. However, we understand that when shipping art and collectibles worldwide, international transit or unexpected delays can sometimes eat into that window.

Fair Assessment for Delays

If your merchandise is delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing, we don’t want you to worry about missing your chance to inspect your order.

  • The 30-Day Rule: Generally, the clock starts at the moment of purchase.
  • Exceptions for Delays: If your package arrives significantly later than expected, we review return requests on an individual basis. Our goal is to ensure you have a reasonable amount of time to confirm your item is in its original, unused condition.

What to Do if Your Order is Late

If you receive your package and realize you need a return or exchange, but the 30-day mark from your purchase date has passed due to a shipping delay:

  1. Keep Your Records: Hold onto your tracking information showing the actual delivery date.
  2. Contact Us Immediately: Email info@blauwfilms.com with your order number.
  3. Include the Delivery Date: Let us know when the package actually arrived so we can adjust our records accordingly.

Eligibility Reminder

Regardless of the timeframe, remember that for a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, per our Return Policy.
