Sometimes the timing just isn't right, and you might miss the courier when they arrive with your Blauw Films merchandise. If a direct delivery wasn't possible, here is how you can find out where your order is waiting.

Check Your Notifications

When a carrier is unable to complete a delivery to your door, they will typically trigger three types of alerts:

  • The Physical Delivery Note: Look for a card left in your mailbox or slipped under your door. This usually contains the address of the pickup point and the deadline for collection.
  • Email Updates: Check the email address associated with your order. The carrier will send a "Ready for Collection" notification once the item has been scanned at the shop.
  • Text Messages: If you provided a mobile number at checkout, you may receive an SMS with a pickup code.

Using Your Track & Trace

If you haven't seen a physical note, the most reliable source of truth is your Track & Trace link. It will update in real-time to show exactly which local parcel shop or post office is holding your art and collectibles.

What You'll Need for Pick-up

To claim your package, most pickup points require:

  1. A valid ID (matching the name on the order).
  2. The tracking number or the barcode from your digital notification.

Pro Tip: Don't wait too long! As mentioned in our previous post, unclaimed packages are eventually returned to our warehouse, which may result in additional reshipping fees.
