While we strive to get our art and collectibles to you as quickly as possible, sometimes the journey takes a little longer than planned. If your package hasn't arrived by the expected date, here is how to handle it.

Check Your Tracking Link First

The most accurate information regarding your shipment is always found via the Track and Trace number sent to your email. Carriers often post real-time updates regarding:

  • Weather Conditions: Heavy snow, storms, or floods can impact transit routes.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, postal networks can experience backlogs.
  • Customs Processing: For international orders, packages may occasionally be held for routine inspections.

When to Reach Out

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or the package is significantly past the estimated delivery window, we are here to help.

Please contact our support team at info@blauwfilms.com and include your Order Number. We will reach out to the carrier on your behalf to get a clearer picture of the delay.
