We know life gets busy and sometimes that pickup window at the local parcel shop slips by. If your merchandise has been sent back to our warehouse in Roermond, don't worry— we can still get it to you.
Most parcel shops hold packages for a specific number of days (usually 7–14) before marking them as "unclaimed" and returning them to the sender. Once the carrier processes this return, the package begins its journey back to us.
Since the original shipping label has been used and the carrier charges for the return journey, we do require a small reshipping fee to send the package out a second time.
Per our Return Policy, shipping costs are non-refundable. To avoid extra fees, we recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking link to ensure you collect your art and collectibles before the pickup window closes!
