Because Blauw Films ships art and collectibles directly from The Netherlands, the customs requirements depend entirely on your delivery address. Here is a quick guide to help you understand if additional fees might apply.

Shipping Within the European Union (EU)

If you are located within the EU, you generally do not have to pay any customs fees or import duties. Thanks to the free movement of goods, your package should arrive at your doorstep without any hidden charges.

Shipping Outside the European Union (EU)

For our international collectors outside the EU (such as those in the US, UK, or Asia), your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees:

  • Smaller Orders: In many countries, lower-value "de minimis" orders are often exempt from customs fees.
  • Customs Responsibility: Per international shipping standards, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Varying Rates: Each country has its own thresholds and tax rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office to be absolutely sure of the costs in your region.

Need More Information?

While we don't have direct control over local government fees, we’re happy to help you with the details of your shipment. If you have specific questions about how your order is labeled or its declared value, feel free to reach out to our support team at info@blauwfilms.com.
