My Art Print arrived damaged, what do I do?

How to report shipping damage and request a replacement

What We Need From You

To file a formal claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for your replacement items, please include your Order Number and attach the following four photos:

Photo of the package: Show the exterior of the box or tube as it arrived.
Photo of the shipping label: Ensure the tracking number and address are legible.
Photo of the damage to the items: A wide shot showing the affected art prints.
Photo of the detail of the damage: A close-up shot of the specific creases, tears, or marks.
