Waiting for an order confirmation can be stressful, but don't worry! In most cases, the email has been sent successfully but is just hiding in your inbox.

While our system sends confirmations almost instantly, please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive. If you still don't see it, here are the first steps to take:

  • Check your Spam/Junk Folder: Automated receipts are frequently flagged by email filters.
  • Check "Promotions" or "Updates" Tabs: If you use Gmail or Outlook, our confirmation might be tucked away in a secondary tab.
  • Verify the Email Address: Ensure there wasn't a typo in the email address provided at checkout.

Still missing?

If you’ve checked your folders and 24 hours have passed, please reach out to our support team at info@blauwfilms.com. Provide the name used for the order and, if possible, a screenshot of the transaction from your bank so we can track down your order manually.
