When working on projects it’s important to have the technical skills required to do the job. It’s also important to have the knowledge required, regardless of your profession.

But how important are People skills?

According to the Stanford Research Institute, Harvard University and the Carnegie Foundation 85% of project success is based on your People skills!

At Blauw Films we have worked on a variety of short film projects.
Each had a very different team. And each project is always filled with eccentric personalities.

But how do you guarantee results? And how do you guide the ship towards safe travels?

If you put the people first, their effectiveness and efficiency will improve.
People make your business. People make your project.

Managing people (starting with yourself) is essential to make your projects come true. Managing in many ways is getting things done through people.

We believe in as much transparency as possible within the team.
The more every person is clear about their needs and wants, the more the project can be structured around facilitating those needs.
